I read many post and reviews on how the Metro Blaster Sidekick didn't blow well and some have went as far to say it's useless. I'm still at the office so I didn't get a chance to use it on my car yet but when I plugged it in and turned it on I was like Whoa!!!

I think I'm gonna love this thing. :D

You're going to love this tool!

In my detailing boot camp classes we use it for drying cars, wheels and blowing water out of emblems and cracks and crevices.

We also use it for blowing out engine compartments, things like leaves, sticks, dead bugs, etc.

It's really powerful for its size and this surprises everyone the first time they aim it at their hand and turn it on.

If I were to make a list of my top favorite tools this would be on it.

Yea that was my reaction when i first turned mines on too, it does very well IMO

Love mine, too. Engines dry quickly.

Also, on vacation my brother-in-law used it to blow up the air mattress! How's that for versatile!

When I bought it I didn't have the expectation for it to dry the whole car since Metro makes a couple of others with more power than the sidekick. I just thought it would be great to move water from in between cracks and crevices. But man this thing has the potential to clear water from the whole car.

I have to admit there were a few times I got lazy to grab the waffle weave towels and tried to dry the whole car with just the sidekick  obvious water spots were shown since I took so long to get around the car

I wonder how the airflow is compared to the smaller 4HP Metro vac and blo?

You are gonna love the little beast!! It is way more accurate in removing water than an electric leaf blower. I still have my leaf blower but have not used it since I got the Sidekick. Great little beast!!

So how did you sneak it past your wife? :p

You know she's going to hear it the first time you crank it up.

I love mine and am sure you will love yours!! A few words sum it up. NO MORE LEAKY CREVICES!!

+1 or +2... not sure home many yet, but the sidekick is a very powerful machine for its size!

HA! If someone rated the Sidekick useless they obviously didn't have it plugged in!

I love the Metro Sidekick! It's small, easy to handle and delivers a ton of high velocity warm air anywhere it's pointed. It comes with 2 tips for added flexibility allowing the user to deliver air in a fan pattern or pinpoint accuracy....

I turned mine on by accident the other day and this is what happened!
