I have been wanting to tackle the severely water spotted windows on my family mini-van for quite a while now. They have been there since we bought the car
I finally got started this week and was able to put my new water spot remover to the test.
Products used:
Process:
Here is a 50/50 shot of where you can see the bad spotting compared to a single treatment of the water spot remover. Came out better than expected!
Another angle:
The completed window, next to the rear window, which was yet to be cleaned:
Nothing overly exciting but I was happy with the results and thought I would share
I did a detail on the car as well that included a wash, clay, sealant, and headlight restoration. The few pictures I took can be found below:

As always I am open to critique, adjustments to technique and/or products, etc. Thanks!
Justin

Products used:
- Chemical Guys Water Spot remover
- MF applicator pad
- MF towels
Process:
- Apply a couple lines of product to the MF pad and spread in a small 12"x12" area or so.
- Rubbed the product in thoroughly with a little bit of pressure and rinsed with water while rubbing with my rubber gloves.
- Wiped dry with MF towels.
- Repeated for each section and spot cleaned areas that did not come off completely on first attempt (usually around the window edges).
