Self-diagnosed ;) So at work today I put a new jeep on the lot for sale. Thought you guys would like to see! BTW They just came out with these diesel models. This is only the 3rd one Ive seen.

Man I love the look of those new Jeeps. I have had a few older Grand Cherokees and would love to have one of the newer diesel ones. Maybe once my TDI is worn out I will find one of these used. Nice work by the way!

I agree. They really nailed it with this body style interior exterior its beautiful. The srt8 with the 6.2 hemi is easily the coolest thing ive seen a while but a heafty 78K price tag comes with it

Nice. They say white is the most popular color choice in the US now; silver was #1. I think silver is #2 now.

What size/specs on the diesel? What is the knob in the console for (grammar)? How much moo-la???

Thanks for posting.

Nice job. I work at a dealer too (VW/ Audi/ Porsche). Some days over 20 cars come in. It's a lot of plastic to take off.

White does seem to be one of the most popular colors. I'd love to try out the new Jeeps, especially a diesel one.

It's probably for the nav screen instead of it being touch screen. Kind of like an Audi MMI or BMW iDrive.

The big knob by the gearshift is for the adaptive suspension. This jeep has all the fancy stuff. Its for like Snow/ice, Hills, Mud/offroad and adjustable ride height buttons are next to the big knob. The nav screen is all touch with large easy access buttons.
The engine is a 3.6? Liter I think says it get 28mpg. Sticker on this one is yikes lol 54K

Nice! Id love to work at a porsche dealer and yea lots of plastic but I love it. The benefits of working at a dealer is getting to drive and work on these cars cant afford! Lol

A diesel Jeep??? Dunno know if I'd be into that one. It sure looks pretty though.

I've got a 2013 in this color and I LOVE IT!! I have the "Trailhawk" version though.

And the knob is for changing terrain options. Sport lowers it .5" or so and takes TC off. Snow mode adjusts the throttle response so it's slower to react and therefore you don't spin at a red light.

Actually, my car salesman told me black was number 1... But
what does he know? 😀. Feed back please:buffing:

I hear you on the Jeeps...we also like 'em a whole bunch!

But, to be honest...I really don't hear the phrases:
I love my job; and, I work at a dealership;
used too often in the same paragraph.

I'll say it too. I love my job and I work at a dealership.

Maybe it's because I don't wash them or sell them. I just unwrap and drive them.

Great work! If you really like doing dealership detailing all the power too :)

Haha yea most people dont but at my place they respect what i do, they appreciate the work i do, im paid fairly well and they dont ask tooo much from me. As in they dont work me to the bone. But the best part? Sincr im a mechanic as well i have full access to the shop including hoists to work on my cars when im off the clock!! That is enough incentive for me alone considering I dont own a garage :( Plus I work bankers hrs Mon.-Fri. 8-5 with and hr lunch at noon. Gotta love that free time! Some days are crap but who doesnt have bad days?? :) overall i definetly LOVE my job.

That jeep will be my next car just with a black interior. I love it.

A dealership with an honest-to-god detailer? Wow! Glad you enjoy your work and I am sure that you have a lot of happy customers. :xyxthumbs: Nice ride, BTW.
