How's it going AG?
I finally gave in and ordered some ONR last week. Package came in today and in just curious to know how are you guys drying cars using this technique.

Do y'all suggest, chamois, towels, or what, and what kind are working well for you?
Thanks, ALL N 1 WASH

Use a waffle weave drying towel.

Green Guzzler ... medium size works well for most rides.

I really need to get a waffle weave but for now I use a few Megs Show&Shine yellow MF's, they absorb very well and are very plush and soft.

Whats the best waffle weave towel that I can pick up locally at auto stores/ big box stores, etc?

If you can find Griot's Garage or Mothers waffle weave then buy that. I've used waffle weave towels from Advance and AutoZone and they suck. Very rough feel and don't absorb water that well. I like the 6 sqft micro fiber drying towels from Walmart to be honest.

You cant beat the Green waffle weave drying towel and their on BOGO, if you really want to save some effort invest in the Dyna Jet Wringer, I Love mine.

i did buy a wafle weave at walmart and have had no problems at all

I just purchased a Dyna Jet Wringer, recently. I thought that it would fit on a standard pail, however, the clamps are too wide to fit my auto geek pail. Also, I thought they came with wing nuts to adjust the rollers for different thinkness of towels. Mine came with nuts that have to be adjusted with a wrench. Is yours similar to this?

Yep, I went to Lowe's and bought a stand for feeding wood into a planer, removed the Big Roller and bolted the DynaJet to that, now its portable, I am traveling on business this week but when I get back home I'll take a pic and post it.

Of all the drying towels I've tried, I like the waffle weave from DI the most. Nice thickness and has been very durable.
