What do you mean by that Chris? Cooler weather? (I'm thinking cool because it's been almost cold here in Ohio.)
I would think that in hotter weather is when you'd need to shrink your work area and make sure you see a trail behind the applicator.

I was thinking about adding a permanent coating to my menu, but this issue of loss of beading has started to become such a common occurence I wouldn't want to deal with that

So I guess I need to repolish? It was about 75 degrees when I applied it.

lightly polish with the least cutting pad you have to knock down the high spots. You can spot polish, you don't have to repolish the entire panel. Just stop polishing when you no longer see high spots. If you keep polishing, you will take off the opticoat
