Awesome Car! Not the brightest driver. That is just plain stupid in my opinion to drive that fast on a public highway.
 
Owner got caught but don't remember what happened, tracked him down from the videos he has taken. For one, he wasn't going 219 as Lambo speedo's are way off at high speeds nevermind Murci LP doesn't reach that speed, 2) he owns FTV....take a guess which website :D , he was a dentist also.
