I have 4 cars and very little free time. I want to invest in a sealant or coating to apply to all of my vehicles so i dont' have to worry about protecting the paint for a while.

i'm hesitent to use Opti Coat because i'm worried about messing up the application.

Gtechnique EXO looks like a good alternative that gets over a year of protection...

any other suggestions?

I have klasse high gloss sealant. States it protects for 12 months. I liked the gloss it put out on my camaro as well.

I'm looking to sell mine because I might go a different route as far as waxing goes.
It's the 32oz bottle used once.

Your suppose to let it cure over night ?

EXO is great, pricey, but will last you as long as you prep properly

Opti-coat,(lifetime?? 5 years) Cquartz (up to 2 years)Ceramic, EXO...(2-5 years)

Menzerna power lock sealant holds up well for me...I always apply at least 2 coats

Since your title says "paint sealants" and not coating(s), Duragloss #105 Total Performance Polish or Duragloss #111 Clear Coat Polish (x2), Collinite 476 or 845, and DP Policoat is not too bad if you're wanting a house brand. Lay down a nice DG 105/601 combo and top it with either Collinite and you'll have a long lasting sealant combo.

Ultima Paint Guard Plus or Wolfgang Deep Gloss Liquid Seal are both "wipe on, walk away" sealants that require no buffing. About 15 minutes to do the entire car. 2 or 3 coats of each and you are set.

Collinite 845 is technically a wax, but its extremely durable and inexpensive. I second the above on WDGLS as being wipe on and walk away, its as easy as just that. However, I cannot comment on its durability alone because I have always used a wax on top of it.

Anybody try Hi-Temp Midnight Express Sealant? At $20 it might be worth try.

Rejex is durable, so are the Klasse Twins.

Obviously Opti-coat 2.0 is the most durable choice, but you gotta take the time to apply correctly and then your good for several years to come.

GTechiq C1+ with 2 Layers of EXO will last a long time and give you the best protection and looks.

Or you could go C1+ with C1.5 or just C1.5

The application of Opti-coat isn't bad...Gtechnigue ceramic either. As long as your happy about the way the paint looks before you apply it and the surface is clean you shouldn't have any problems.
