I Need To Invest In A Bio-hazard Suit

First of all, great job. Second, you need to invest in a carpet extractor. While the Little Green Machine is ok, it takes FOREVER to complete jobs. I bet you emptied and filled that thing at least 7 times.

My attitude, and bottom line, improved after I started putting "Starting at..." in my ads, brochures and phone quotes. And I honestly explained to people why I do that. Not one person has yet to question it. It protects you from these types of details.

Nice job! I do these types of details daily lol! The mommy jobs I like to call them, its tough work but get alot of referrals and money is money. Before and after results on these are what get me "TONS" of work.

Thanks everyone. I used Megs APC+ on the seats at a 10:1 ratio. I have looked at extractors but they are a little pricey even though I know they do a great job. Maybe one day I'll be able to talk the wife into letting me get one.

That is totally gross! I am always amazed at people that let their cars get that bad.

Great turn around once again, amazing job!

I always wonder, if their cars are that bad, can you imagine what their bathrooms, bedrooms, and inside of their house are like?

Did you scrub all of that by hand?

Looks like a DA carpet brush would've been worth it's weight in gold on this detail. A steamer would also go a long way!

Thumps up to you! I've seen a bit worse than this and these are from adults who just don't care. I just refuse to help someone out whom I know will just let the car get right back to the state it was in.

A side note: Minivans are just known I guess for being used and abused. They are going to get stained and dirty when you are transporting children. I just don't understand why people go for the fully loaded top of the line $40-$50,000 minivan knowing it may get trashed inside. What's the point IMO? I guess if I had a family, I'd get the entry level model minivan, maybe move up when the kids get older and you can discipline them to keep the car CLEAN.

Argh!! Was halfway through my dinner when I opened this thread half expecting it to be a genuine query of Bio hazard suits.

I do hope you charged appropriately for this detail. One can only imagine how they live if their cars are like this. On the bright side, this should be far better than Chris Harris' car which would be any detailer's nightmare. ;) Heres the video

good job on that turnaround and way to hang in there. I had 1 about like that once it had chicken bones, dried throwup, fecis, you name it it was in there. My poor helper i felt so bad for him, he was dry heaving for over an hour trying to clean it and not throw up lol.
