I put IPA on hot paint? How to remove stain?

So I used microfibre cloth and IPA on my black hot paint and now I have this stain. How to remove this?

Next time the paint is COOL to the touch - try lightly polishing.

This bumper was painted year ago. So this paint is not as hard as factory paint. I think this IPA softened the clear coat as it feels soft under the nail compared to other parts on the bumper. I will try to polish it later. And I'm talking about this part.

This is one of the reasons I've NEVER been a fan of using IPA for anything car related.
