I should have saved my money and bought one of these! My new personal favorite car (seems like this changes weekly though)

This M3 is one amazing car. The paint was in great shape - absolutely no swirls, therefore did not require any paint correction. In my opinion this is the true definition of a luxury sports sedan - with over 400 HP stock, but still a very luxurious feel from inside the car, I really wish I could have saved up and bought one of these cars. Truly an amazing machine.

-Sealant: CG Blacklight followed by CG V7
-Metal: CG Metal Shine
-Wheels: P21S Wheel Gel

^ The owner told me the car had just been through the car wash before he dropped it off, but here is what my rinse water looked like after hand washing the car with ONR. Just goes to show that a proper hand washing is far superior!

As a detailer, many daily driver cars just start to blend together, but that M3 is incredibly beautiful. Those dark wheels are just right for that car. You did a great job.

The front wheels stick out too far and makes it look a bit ridiculous. I think silver wheels would look better on the silver car. If the car was dark metallic gray, those wheels would look best. He did a nice job on the car, though.

^That's the reason I ended up with my IS250 over a 335i... reliability factor.

I will have to agree with you on your thoughts about those cars. They are incredible. But if you cant get into one of those a 335i M-sport is a great alternative.

Thank you! I'm not too familiar with the BMW line up so I was unaware of a 335i M-Sport. Don't tempt me, I've only had my car a short time and don't need to be looking for a replacement just yet rops:

It would be a lot better if the tires were completely inside of the fender, like on the rear. The TREAD is inside of the fender, but some of the sidewall sticks out past it. The stance isn't bad, but the fenders should be wider to accommodate the wheels.
I believe that BMW would not have the wheels sticking out past the bodywork if they made a car with a stance this wide. It looks like one of those low rider cars with the wheels sticking out.

I think that the bodykit manufacturer intended it to go with narrower wheels as well, but the owner wanted wider wheels for more grip.
I understand that if that is what you want, but I believe that once you reach a certain point on modifying a car, you have to ask yourself if simply buying a different car would fit your driving needs better, rather than to do such extensive mods.

I tend to think a Corvette would out handle this car with it's stock wheel and body configuration. If you prefer German, then a Porsche would be better. When I think about modding a car, I have to gauge how much I should modify it before considering buying a completely different car, otherwise, you can end up with something that is so odd that no one else would ever want it like you do, causing you to take a huge financial loss on a sale, if you can even sell it. This car certainly isn't to that point, but I don't think that it looks as nice as it could look with that bodywork.

I think you are way over thinking this... this is a family car - not a race car.

The tires may be ever so slightly wider than the fender, but I think the pictures are more deceiving as they were taken with an ultra wide (12-24mm) lens that will distort the image significantly. The sidewalls of the tires are in perfect shape, so it doesn't appear that they rub, which would lead me to believe they squeeze right inside of the fender. But yeah, it is what it is.

That guy's new 3 is very tastefully done. I love it.

The front wheels on that M3 would look even better if he was to run about -2 degrees camber. It would pull the tops of the wheels in and give even better steering response.

I can agree with the camber suggestion, but once again, it's his DD / kid-mobile, so I doubt he would even consider it.
