I used to deal with Dwayne but Nick is just the Same

I have always place my AG orders with Dwayne and I was very sad to learn of his departure and his reasons for leaving. My prayaers will be with Dwayne and his family.

On Friday I called to get some technical info and not having Dwayne to ask for I spoke with who ever picked up my call and the person that I spoke with was Nick at extension 215. After getting the info that I needed I informed him that I would place my order online later in the day. He than told me that if I do that I would not be able to get the 20% VIP discount as the new VIP special has been already released.
However if I place the order over the phone it would not be a problem. I called Nick back at 5:45PM (they close at 6:00PM) and he took my order.

Later that night I was looking at the BOGO page and realized that there where more things that I would want (isn't it always the case). As the order that I had already placed not only had 20% off but also free shipping I thought I would be able to add these other items so as to avoid having to pay for shipping if they went out as a seperate order. I called Nick at around 10:15AM on Saturday but it was to late my order was already packed and ready to go so I would have to place a second order. No problem though as Nick was so kind to waive the shipping charge for the second order.
Yes I will miss Dwayne but it seems as though Nick is treating me just the same. In fact everyone at AG has, is and I am sure will always be great to do business with.
Perhaps it is the water there in Stuart FL. It has been said that Florida had a fountain of youth I think what they have is a fountain of "nice"water and it is fowing freely at AG. Who know maybe they can bottle it and sell it to all of the not so nice people in the world. Think of it a world with only nice people with shiny cars.

The Customer Service at AG is second to none!!! It's great that Nick took care of the shipping charges for you!!

I've always placed my orders online and have never called to place an order or ask a question. I have received a couple of PM"S from Meghan and a phone call from Penny, and that along with 99.9% of the Forum Members singing praises to their Customer Service Dept lets me know this is a Company I want to do my business with.

Another thing, all the information I have gotten here, all the knowledge I have gained and all the great people on this Forum, I feel I owe it to AG to give them my business.
PBMG is a great Company in my opinion!!!:props:
 
Nick is absolutely great to work with, I have about eight years on him at PBMG and for some crazy reason he knows more about the products then me!!! Nice guy but his product knowledge is what is really amazing!
 
Very cool! I've never spoken with Nick but Dave said he was really great and now from another member I respect! I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.

I'm not surprised to hear that. I've spoken to Nick a couple of times and he just listens to your questions and needs then gets them done no questions asked!! I feel that he's the type of person who'll go above and beyond to make customers happy. He's truly an asset to Autogeek (along with everyone who works there).
