Not unless it has some type of identifying sticker inside the door jamb or some other area or there's some type of paper or electronic documentation that states the car is coated.

I'm not sure of any visual way or any other type of testing you can do to 100 percent document that the paint is coated or covered in wax or sealant.

I guess you could ask the owner or the detailer of the car.

Thanks mike. Just asking because sometimes I doubt while seeing some vehicles on the road whether it is coated or not. Mike, you should develop sth to identify that.
