Idiot merged lanes into me

Well, estimate for the truck came back at nearly $4,000. There was damage on the back door and the entire right side has to be repainted to blend. Filed an insurance claim and our insurance agency (Traveler's) is investigating the claim.

I plan to go to the court date and plead not guilty and ask for a trial. I do not believe I was guilty.

Worst thing is that she crashed in to you in a P.O.S...sorry if i offend anyone..

Always seems to be the ones with the "old" car that cause accidents.

I hate driving in Atlanta during rush hour, which is usually half a day long! LOL
I'm out in Gwinnett and it's crazy enough here.

I despise traffic here! Nice Si, by the way! I came from an '08 FA5 before I got my 335i

Thanks! Just beat a 335i in a little autocross meet last Friday. :D LOL
I love the 8gens too. I had a 06 EX and now got a 08 LX my son is driving.

I loved my 8th gen, I'm interested in seeing what the 10th gen Si will bring
 
Wow it's the worst having to deal with all this because of some idiots not paying attention. Sorry that happened man. On the bright side, we're all now qualified to take the BAR thanks to Jbirk. Im the MAN
