I went to DF 2013, and I'm going this year as well with my fiance. I really want to stay at the Courtyard as we stayed there in 13' but as we all know they're booked (I've been calling about 4 times a week for the last 3 months to see if they have openings lol). So if you booked a room at the Courtyard Marriott and for whatever reason cannot go and you're going to cancel your reservation please let me know . You can PM here, email me, or call. They all go to my cell phone so I'll notice right away. Thanks :dblthumb2: :help: :thankyousign:
 
There is a Holiday Inn that's looks pretty decent that is right near the Courtyard that still has rooms. As for me, I prefer to stay away from the action.
 
Hey Swanicyouth, I know and I'm reserved there but I'm a major fan of Courtyards. I've had a friend stay at that Holiday Inn and wasn't impressed.

I have stayed at both and the Hampton Inn. The Marriott has more features: food available, coffee shop, and bar plus a nice patio with a fire pit. This is where everyone hangs after the event on Saturday. The rooms may be a little more upscale.

The Holiday Inn was a nice clean place too with free breakfast (unlike Mariott) but not much more - just clean rooms at a lower price.
 
Hey guys, thanks for the support. I've received a few messages. Working with SATracker to transfer over his reservation to me, I'll post if we are successful.
 
Talked to them today and they are completely booked there so I hope you get to transfer that room
 
Im the MAN Great news! Huge shout out to SATracker, thanks to him I'm confirmed for the Courtyard from Friday to Monday.
I don't think I'll be driving down this time though lol. :cruisin:
 
Glad it worked out, total bummer I can't make it but- I'm headed to SEMA in November.
 
Damn, i really want to go this year....

But i dont have anyone to go with me and im all the way from Texas T_T
 
I've driven from MA straight through. It isn't that bad.
 
Hey everyone, if you're still looking for a room, I had to cancel my reservation to the Courtyard. We just had a death in the family and will not be able to attend. If you call soon you should be able to take it, it's a room with 2 queen beds. Thanks again. Maybe next year.
