If you could have only ONE wax...

Collinite 845. Easy to use with good durability and looks. It's all in the prep work. I can't see a difference side by side with $20 LSP's and $175 ones. If you go sealant BFWD. I'd look more for ease of use and durability.

For me, Fuzion for sure. One of, if not the best looking waxes on my dark red car. Its ease of use is incredible. Its a large initial purchase, but with how big the jar is and the free refill its really not bad. Should last me 4 years from my estimates

I'm hooked on Fuzion. I just love the stuff. And I'm within a month or two of sending in my can for my free refill.

Don't know if it's the smell, ease of application and removal, or how great it makes the paint look.

Based on everything I have read here, I think I am going to wait for a super VIP special for Souveran or Fuzion, and keep using my Megs arsenal in the meantime! Great responses, this forum and the people who post on it are fantastic!

I have many waxes and SSII is one that I use very often. One of my favorites and I never had anything but an enjoyable experience with it.

Collinite 915 is another product that will fit your needs perfectly.

Mothers pure Carnauba Paste is another very underrated wax at a great price point.

A lot of your LSP choice is personal preference but ultimately proper prep work is the key to any wax's ability to shine! ;)

Collinite 845. Great durability and looks I can live with :xyxthumbs:

But you can never just have one wax.

Looks like Colonite 845 is way ahead.
One surprise is that only one person mentioned Blackfire. Is it because of $20.00 price increase?

Midnight Sun would be my second choice. Pretty good durability for a carnauba but as you mentioned, I am not a big fan of the price increase. :nomore:

Although I have and use Souveran and Fuzion,Id go with 845 if I could have only one, because of its duability. Most ppl don't notice the sublte differences on a well prepped car, hell a lot of ppl dont even notice swirl marks.

It is why I did not mention it. Great wax indeed tho.

I would have to go with Fuzion myself, this is of course out of the products I have used.

845 was my go to.

Fuzion has taken over that spot. Not sure if it's as durable but I don't really care as I love this product.

Yup, I came to the same conclusion. Though I still use 845 on some cars (family cars that don't get waxed too often), but on my own, I use Fuzion.

Bilt Hamber Finis wax
edit sorry you are looking for one here to get 20% off... In that case get Fusion with its free refill is hard to beat

Collinite 845....

ya know, after reading a bunch more on it recently I dug my bottle out from the back of the shelf and I must say I'm impressed.
I didn't even bother softening it under warm water, I just shook it down towards the opening till I was able to squeeze some out on a foam applicator and the end result is up there with the best of them. Not quite as 'shimmery' as BFWD but has a more natural look. Even if it doesn't hold up as long as they say it was easy to apply and remove, looks good and is dirt cheap.

I think I should repackage it by adding some exotic fruit smell to the bottle, put it in a regular tub with instructions to keep refrigerated till you want to use it and then say to take out a small amount and warm it in your hand then apply to the vehicle and charge around $499.00 for it :)

I used Bilt Hamber Finis wax about two weeks ago - I like the finish it gives, and it sheets water really, really quickly. Early days as of yet, but I've not noticed any degradation in the water behaviour.
