If you had to use one product line...

I would say CG or OPT

probably CG tho, simply because they have more products than almost any other manufacturer. Theyre also 1 of the few that has air fresheners as well.

Wolfgang for sure....DP too, but they don't have any polishes close tie though, can I make it a 3 way tie, and say Chemical Guys?

Just ONE??? Don't put that evil on me!!!

With that said, I'd go with Chemical guys due to the huge spectrum of products they offer.

But if we're talking only liquid supplies, then Megs.

I love optimum way more than CG, but I think I would choose CG because they have oh only about 5000 products lmao!

Chemical Guys... I am constantly surprised by their quality and price for what you get!

Meg's hands down. CG polishes suck so they get the #2 slot with me.

In reality there are very few manufactures that can do it all. Remember, this line must do everything.

  • Wash
  • Clay
  • Compound
  • Polish
  • sealant
  • Wax
  • Tires
  • Wheels
  • Glass
  • Engine
  • Carpets
  • Upholstery
  • Trim
  • Metal
In my mind there are very few that will rise to the occasion and Meguiar's does it all.....

Meguiar's or Optimum. Meguiar's because the stuff is readily available in retail stores in large part. not all of their stuff but a lot of it. It's also good quality. Not TOP quality, but good stuff.

I'd go with Meguiars, but I'd probably write them two letters a week requesting a good wipe on walk away "clear" sealant that works just like UPGP. The only 2 products that are currently in my shop that I can't live without are M-105 and UPGP. The thought of giving up either one gives me a belly ache.

Chemical Guys or Poorboys. Both are excellent and great prices.

Until Blackfire makes a DA polisher and pads, I would also have to say Megs.

I've always been very satisfied with Poorboys and Meguiars. Being that Poorboys products can all be used in the sun, they may gain the upper hand as sometimes it's nice to be out of the garage.

I learned that megs 205 definitely cannot be used outside this weekend when I tried "something new" polishing outside... no fun, and i wound up inside shortly after as the polish dried up super fast on me and started marring. (i know i should have known better... but its just a hobby for me so i figured, what could happen?)

One line of products is tuff.
I like Megs. CG, and Duragloss

When you break it down like that Bobby for the OP in one fell swoop you just eliminated 75% or more other name brand products.

Op if your looking for one name to take care of all your detailing needs look no further.

megs, opt, 3D/HD all make (not re-branded) great products...
