I will be putting it on a white mid size SUV and the wheels. Is 10CC enough or do I need 20CC? Also is there less margin for error applying it to a white car (miss wiping an area that didn't flash) as compared to other colors. I will use optimum paint Prep prior to applying.
 
I'm not sure about quantity but darker colors will show high spots "easier" than white paint. I think if you have the correct lighting it may give you an advantage against leaving any high spots or streaks behind.
 
I would go for the 20cc one for an SUV.
 
Do the 20 and what ever is left use in the door jambs.when applied in a garage have a portable light in one hand and wipe off with the other just take your time and it will come out great.
 
You will definitely need 20cc. The new formula is super easy to use. With white, make sure you have plenty of lighting. I recommend applying using the suede towel and block method rather than the included foam applicator.
 
The new blue foam applicator works well. Especially if you cut off the ends to make it into a rectangle. I actually prefer it to the suede. Plus less hassle of having to buy another applicator and hold the suede on the block during use.

If you cut a slit on both sides of the block and tuck the suede applicator into the slits, it will not move.
 
The new CarPro applicators come pre-slit

I personally don't like the idea of using one applicator for an entire car

I feel the danger that you will pick up something that will scratch, at some point while working

Personally, I use both sides of 4-6 suede applicators
 
The suede blocks use much more product just use the blue foam that comes with it
