I'm old - But I did it

Bugger that, time to down size... perhaps to a Tundra ;)

I'd have left the roof cos no one can see it .. (kidding..) The wifes Kluger was bad enough..

Good work...

As Merlin (mike moore) would say, if it has paint it gets polished........

I gotta do it....... So it's got a coating on it, so it's good for a while

Beautiful work on a BEAST! You only have one year on me big Ron (57 here) but you ain't old in talents!

Ron 58 is not old

It feels like it now

That's a lot vehicle! Nice job it looks great.

Thanks

Nice work. That's a lot of landscape! OMG!!! Can they make those things any bigger.

Thanks. It's a yacht

Good Job. As for age, it doesn't get any easier (62)

Dave

Thanks

I'm 46 and your not old but probably just older:xyxthumbs:

Feels it now

I clicked on this thread thinking I would see an ad for Viagra

:D

You're gonna feel that one tomorrow!!! Nice work bro!

Thanks. I feel it now !

Nicely done. At 58 I was still detailing 3-5 cars a week with a waiting list.. Now at 67 I take my car somewhere to be washed. Pity....

Thanks.

Troy Armstrong is close, so when I get older.........

Very nice job! I love that Cadillac white!

Thanks. Yeah, it's pretty.

Very nice work. I feel it now after a long day of detailing. Hopefully I will be able to accomplish the same in 13 years at that age. You give us middle-aged guys hope.

That actually looks like a fun vehicle to detail. Unlike my Forester, which has all sorts of panel accents & creases. A bit of a pain to clean.

Probably why I didn't enjoy using the BRS. This Caddy looks like a perfect candidate for it!

Very nice looking yacht & remember this quotes:

It's better to be a has-been than a never-was. :xyxthumbs:

In 10Y you can piss off any youngster by saying: I will never be like you again, but you'll be like me one day.

Thanks guys.

The only saving grace on this was long flat panels. good for speed.

Nice job! Only 58? You dont look a day older than 65!

Great work from another old guy! Just turned 56 last week. Last summer I had 2 customers who wanted their cars done at the same time, so I volunteered to do both on a Saturday. It kicked my butt & I realized real quick not to try that again!

Ya know, I just had a thought. That Escalade is what a smart car looks like to me at this age

Dave

Nice job, Ron. I'll be 59 in July, so I feel your aches and pain.

Old Dude + Huge vehicle + Nice Job = Superman.

Having hit the age of 63 I find it more and more difficult to get up the energy to do a really nice job. The wheels and sides are not too bad but the roof just kills me. Even with my four post lift to raise and lower the vehicle it's still really tough to get up the energy to get to the roof.

So I ask my friend's two daughters to do the roof for me. I am very happy to stand at the bottom of the ladder and offer advice and hand them the MF's. But I do have one question. What is a Daisy Duke?
