I'm so bummed

The Kamm effect keeps the tail of my car coated in soot and stray oil drops.
 
I just was out and looked at mine in direct sunlight. I could bare see the scratches. Funny how the street lights really makes them show up. But my rear bumper is sure does show the ceramic particles from the pads! LOL It gives it a pearl effect. Too bad the ceramic beats up on the clear coats.
 
I asked on the 9Gen FB page and a few guys said the same thing as you so it does seem to be happening to others. It was also brought up that the fronts are 20% thicker and larger to begin with so that may have something to do with it. It's something I'll be paying attention to.
I have about 20 9gen friends and no one has mentioned this issue yet.
 
It still seems like an anomaly, though. Asking if it is happening to others in a model-specific, generation-specific forum and getting a half dozen concurrences doesn't mean it's at all common.
