Im storing a new car for a few months what do I need to do in preparation

Im going off to school for a few months and will be leaving my new car in the garage, what should I do to make sure its exactly the way I left it? any comments would be great thank you!

a nice coat of wax is just what i would do..
 
As Tom mentioned, a good coat of quality wax. Then cover it with a quality car cover with a soft flannel or Microfiber inner layer against the paint.
 
Stabilizer in the gas , battery tender, and a good detail and cover. Works for my Vette.
