Two years ago I held a Tampa Bay area meet up and it was really fun.

I wanted to make it an annual thing, but I got caught up with other things last year and never got around to it.

This year I would like to do it bigger and better than the first one. I am going to try and rent a place so we can socialize inside, out of the heat and sun. Maybe a dealership showroom or a clubhouse so we can detail inside as well.

Maybe a car show/ detail clinic/ cookout/ meet up kind of thing.

Your thoughts are appreciated, but this thread is really for me to get an idea of who would like to attend so that I can put a solid plan together.

Everyone who cares to attend will be welcome. It will either be held on a Saturday or Sunday.

Let me know if this sounds like something you are interested in.
 
Garry, that's a neat idea. If I lived a little closer I'd be there... :props:

Just in case I'm in the area where will Detail Bash be held?

I have a few places in mind,so no worries there. Just need to figure out how big a place we need.

If it were the "whos the best detailer ever" party, Id be there alone...

the mazda guys usually hold their meet at phillippe park. it's very scenic and there's lots of room for the cars to be shown of.

I looked that up and its a bit of a hike from Tampa. It's over in safety harbor. I'd like it be a little closer to home. I'm not counting out as a possibility at this point, but I'm gonna try to find a place in Tampa.
 
Nice! If I happen to be in town that week I will come on up. I spend a lot of my off time in the Tampa area.
 
I am counting myself in Garry. It sounds like fun. If my schedule changes I will let ya know but for now, put me down. Can we have it at Berns Steakhouse?
