Well said, I work in the industry and we NEVER, NEVER EVER send a car to a dealer for body work...NEVER EVER!

Took my Audi into MB/Audi dealer shop. Body work was well done. Paint left much to be desired. Overspray on whole car and lack of clarity on panels they painted. When I brought it back they buffed out the paint where you couldn't see a clear reflection of the LED in my flashlight. Still lots of swirls- I took care of these myself.
