My car was at the dealer having service done and I had asked them not to wash my car but somebody obviously didn't see the notice and ran it through the swirl o matic. They agreed to reimburse for a paint correction by a detailer of my choice. I'm glad they made it right. I asked Logan's Detailing Service to do the job and now the paint is swirl free and dripping wet.

Before: The whole car had swirls like this all over the paint.

Wow, I can't believe they agreed to reimburse you! That's great! Those dark colours really show swirls easily.

Car looks good!

Wow! Impressive dealer. Whenever i had my BMW in for service i placed a laminated sign "PLEASE DO NOT WASH", in both english and spanish, on the steering wheel. Worked every time.

I have to agree that the dealer really came through and did the right thing. It helps that i have a great relationship with my service adviser and they know how I am about my cars.
