In the market for a cheap, dependable steam cleaner

Ok..Just adding to this thread.. I am also looking for a steam cleaner. Not wanting to spend to much I saw the McCulloch MC1275 for $95 new. Just wondering will this do ok for now? Also I am very new to this steaming stuff..I have a mytee lite II and was wondering about how does the stuff come up off the seats when steaming..Do you just wipe after or use something to suck it up? Just wondering since it does not look like some of these machines suck anything back up..Had some customers wanting seats cleaned , but only wanted them steamed. First time in 7 years been asked that.. :) ..Any help would be great.

So is the Vapamore on this site a decent steam cleaner for car detailing?

Hey, new to this site. I am a hobby detailer, but have a passion for it. I have a mc and have used it a couple times so far. It does produce good heat but like some others said, it isn't going to produce like the big $$ machines do. That being said, I think it is a good machine for the $ but it doesn't extract. I have used a shopvac with the 1 1/4 inch hose to pick up. I also have a bissel carpet cleaner for the house that has a hand held attachment to finish off the extracting. Both require some drying time afterwards. If I did detail for a living, I would save up for a nice steamer/extractor.
