Incredibly Cheap Finds

Went to Lowes this past weekend and found one of these on sale:Shop Lux-Pro LED Handheld Flashlight at Lowes.com

290 lumens and adjustable focus. I compared it against my 120v Par-38 LED bulb as a swirl-finder and it works pretty well. The convex lens gives it a uniform spot without the typical "hotspot" you see using most LED flashlights. At $14.97, it's definitely a deal.

There's a lightning deal for the Griot's Garage polisher on Amazon at the moment. 79.95 about 50% claimed and 3 hours left.

You can bet I picked one up.

if they have anymore left by next week, i may go back and clear them out. these work well for removing polishes, compounds, and lsp's. you just never know what you might find there every once in a while...

lol, there was a little sticker/price tag they (99 cent store) put on the front which is $1.49. i bought three of those and another various item (4 items total) and had a coupon from the paper for the 4th item free, so all together it was just a few pennies under $5. the thing is, once they are all gone they will never get them again (like any other product i guess). i'm just waiting for the day they get some discontinued megs products in there which i'm sure will happen at some point and time...

i'm pretty pick on the towels i buy and i will feel and compare (people probably look at me like i'm crazy) all they have (could be anywhere) before i choose the ones i want. they had two long pegs full of them and about midway in was where the softer less wrinkled ones were. sometimes batches will vary so it's a good idea if possible to inspect and pick & choose the ones you want if possible...
