I live in ft Myers. All the stores had it in stock just normal price. They had no idea about the price. So, i ordered for pick up instead. But, because of everyone here i want to keep going lol

Had the same thing happen to me. Gonna try and order online and see if I can do in store pickup.

Just checked online and price is back to $9.99.
 
In store P/U is how I had to do it as well. You have to give it like a half hour before they can see it. I had the same experience of it ringing up regular price at first.

Waiting for them to blow out the rest of the line as well.
 
Price is back to $9.99. Guess too many people were grabbing these up or it was a price mistake to begin with. I picked up 3 in a local store (after ordering online). I heard it was a decent wheel cleaner, but like many, wanted the bottle more than the product. ;)

I really think it was a price mistake. They had 8 off the HD cleaner, the brush/mitts, and the green wheel cleaner that we got for $2. I think someone was supposed to take 8 off the first two and accidentally took it off the $10 bottle as well. It can't be right, because a few stores around me have one or two left- the site still has the "sale message" that restricts it from being used with coupon codes, and it's no longer on sale.

If it would just destroy the purpose, I'd be happy to share with someone. But as they say- shipping kills it.
 
Just got the two bottles so I got greedy and wanted to do it again from online. The next store had it and the price still shows $1.99 online but won't let me add to my cart now :(

Oh well, at least I got two!

Purchased 9 bottless of gg wheel cleaner online for 1.99 . All the stores in my area only had one or two bottles in stock . So I Went ahead and purchase all of the bottles left in stock at six different stores in my area . So I purchased a little ove two and half gallons for around 20 bucks , now thats a deal . Just seen hd wheel cleaner is on sale on line for 9.99 , so you could get a gallon for 40 bucks well alil ove a gallon it 35 oz also

Can't buy it online...... I guess it's a discontinued product (as has been stated) and only way to buy it is to get lucky and find some in your local store. I'll be going that way tomorrow to see if I can find some in their bargain bin!! :props:

I went to two stores and they won't sell it for the price that's online. It rings up $10 in the store. They say you have to order it online and pick it up in store but ordering online doesn't work even if they have it in stock.
 
You have to click on the product then go to check for availability in store on the site . When you do this it will show what stores it is available in . I cleared out 6 stores today . They are down sizing to 22oz bottles .

I did that. You can't add any of them to your cart.. The deal doesn't work anymore.
 
Again, thanks for the heads up. Picked up a bottle of Griots wheel cleaner and two bottles of the HD wheel cleaner for $23.
It was a nice surprise to see the foaming sprayer on the regular wheel cleaner.
 
I posted this awhile ago but still my best score to date. Got all these goodies off of craigslist in my area for $75.00!!! I couldnt believe it myself, i felt like i robbed the guy.

I'm drooling. Wow. Glad you guys got some- I had 2 bottles with the foaming nozzle and one without the foaming. I also got one 22oz bottle. Weird if you ask me. Also, I wish I had a little more clarity on the subject. I went to three different stores (I was actually trying to find a gallon of it, thinking back to the .05 interior cleaner closeout) and the tags at the first store said "22oz" and were priced at 14.99 on the shelf. Then, the second store had 35oz and was 9.99 on the shelf. The third was the same as the second.

Are they going to 22oz and raising the price to 14.99? That would be ridiculous.

You guys do know about the 40% off coupons at AA, right? 20 off 50, 40 off 100? You can get some pretty sweet prices on GG gallons and towels.

Sad thing is we had a flash freeze last night, and half of my stuff is frozen solid. so sad..... I hope it's all ok.
