Info on these Kwazar bottles?

I emailed them eariler this week with no response yet. Apparently they don't want my business. Weird how their site has no option to buy or even prices. Maybe they'll email me back by next week, but by then I think I'll have ordered the Garden ones. I won't be spraying anything with Hydroflouric acid, welp since I don't even know what that is I can't say 100%. But I can't think of any product used in mobile detailing that would contain acid :D

I use a mixture of Hydroflouric and Sulfuric acid all the time on the stuff I detail.....

same here and also for claying. for QD'ing or using a spray wax, i prefer not to use these as they disperse twice as much product which isn't needed...

When I did some measuring I found the double mist put out 0.6 ml for each direction vs a tolco sprayer that puts out 1.2 ml per pull. This was with both sprayers set to a stream pattern to capture all the flow in a measuring cup.

It's stupidly hard to find any of their products, I don't know how I even found it. Searching Kwazar Orion 6.0L Garden Sprayer on Google wasn't turning up anything. So I searched Kwazar Orion 6.0L Garden Sprayer and it came up @ $80. I'm torn between this and the backpack model. I don't need even 6 liters of product, but it would make a day where I might have 8 cars to do go quicker with only having to mix up solution once in the morning. I'm wondering if I get the 15l backpack if I could leave solution in it for days or longer. I know with regular soap that's not going to work, but a waterless product may be different.

Hummm, does anyone know the shelf life of EcoSmart once mixed?

Can u let me know where you found them at through a pm. I think you would be fine leaving waterless washes, wheel and tire cleaners etc. For a while.

You might be surprised!
^^^:iagree:^^^

-Many wheel cleaners have an acid.
(Meguiar's D140's is HF acid)
-Some decontamination systems
-Some carpet cleaners have sulphuric acid
-Etc., etc.

But keep in mind that going too far towards the other end of the spectrum---alkylinity---can be just as harsh.

I should also note that EVERY SINGLE detailing product does use Hydric Acid :xyxthumbs:

interesting. i mainly use the kwazar bottles for rinseless washes (helps saturate the surface quicker) so it helps with hand fatigue. for QD's and Spray Waxes, i prefer a normal calmar sprayer (fine mist setting) since i don't want to saturate the surface with too much product which not only causes streaking, but saturates the towel quicker as well. i may buy another of the orange kwazar bottle (small) at the local horse supply store, but what i need it for right now it serves the purpose just fine...

For anyone interested in these bottles, I emailed the US distributor, and they got back to me saying they send the bottles to other distributors. I found a few more sites that sell the Venus pro bottles, but I can't find a single one that has both the bottle I want (1 liter 360) and the damn foaming nozzle tip. I emailed the lady who contacted me and she's very helpful. It was too late in the day so she didn't get back to me about the Cleaning Pro line.

If I find out anything tomorrow I'll post here.

Would love to know any extra info on the foaming tip for any of their sprayers, I emailed them as well.

The sale rep lady emailed me back, nowhere in the USA sells the Venus 360 bottles. She ended up asking me how many I was looking to buy. I said 4, she hasn't emailed me back. This was 3 days ago, and prior to that she was answering my emails in a matter of minutes. I'm guessing for them to even care it would require way more than any one person would order.

This is kind of a shot in the dark, but if enough people here are interested we could go in on a group buy. Anyone interested?? Not sure if it would even work, but maybe if a large order was placed for various bottles and sprayers they would do it. I know I want 4 Venus 360 bottles and a couple of the Orion Pro's. I don't really see any other way to get these here unless I order them from somewhere in Europe. And the 1 place I found that has them that ships to the US. The shipping killed the deal. It was like 89 in their money for the sprayer and 350 more for shipping. Needless to say, as bad as I want some of these I'm not going to drop that kind of cash.

Do another Google search for:

venus "360" kwazar

I just tried this, I see the same stuff, a few sites with info on them, the US distrobutor who doesn't actually sell them. And a ton of non US sites. I've gone all the way down to page 11 with nothing.

Guess I need to move to Europe lol.

Those are the gardening line ones, they're nice, and I've found them on a bunch of sites. But they don't have the Viton seals so they're not optimum for certain chemicals found in cleaning supplies. Buying those are definitely an option but I'm still going to try to track down the Venus Pro. Not sure how much of a difference it actually makes, but the ones with the Viton seals are designed specifically for the types of products I'll be using. I don't want to buy a $35 bottle only to have it get clogged up and break because it wasn't designed to hold what I put in it.

Nice to know about it but i,m not used it before. Some people like this sprayer and some are not.I,m a mechanic so i know properly about it.I also don,t like it because its not of good quality sprayer.

Strange re the seals on these. I have seen them on various websites advertised as having Viton seals, but the Kwazar website shows NBR (Nitrile Rubber).

Technical data

•working capacity: 1,0 l/1,5 l/2,0 l
•total capacity: 1,28 l/1,87 l/2,30 l
•weight: 0,51 kg/0,59 kg/0,62 kg
•seal: NBR
•operating pressure: 2,2 bar
•height: 285 mm/330 mm/390 mm
•width: 125 mm/125 mm/125 mm
•multi package: 25 pcs
•amount per pallet: 250 pcs/500 pcs

Looks like both seals should hold up to diluted acid and bases in our chemicals.

Rubber Compounds of O-Rings - Viton, Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile

*BUMP UPDATE* Thje Venus Pro's a really awesome atomizing sprayer. They're not cheap, but imho worth it. Sad how hard these are to find in the states. I did find the Venus Pro on Amazon but the 1 seller's charging FORTY FIVE bucks for the 1 liter one. It's not the 360 model, and I see no foaming tip add-on for sale. It really blows my mind that detailing stores don't jump on these. I know 1 detailing places sells the Venus Pro non 360's for a great price. But a lot more should carry them. They have a buy 3 get 1 free on them, but I want the 360 ones. I can still find the garden ones all day for a good price, but they don't have a foaming tip.

ARGH!!! It's been almost half a year since I posted this, maybe someone knows somewhere? I know with the garden one I got from Soil Friends I would have never found it just by Googling it. Someone on here pointed me to it, would love to be pointed to the Venus Pro 360 1 or 1.5 liter - For less than $55 bucks with the foaming tip - that's just out of my price range.
