Is a BOSS orange pad basically the same thing as a Lake Country CCS orange pad? Or if not, which color LC pad is equivalent?

I'm not sure, I know I bought some generic orange pad off Amazon and they don't compare...hopefully someone here has the answer

Forgot. They also have a new foaming wax soap for a foam gun.

Been wondering... are foam guns (use w/ standard garden hose) worth using, or better to just hold off until I have enough in the piggybank for a foam cannon and pressure washer?

I find nothing wrong with mine. I use it every wash. Wait for a sale and try one.

FWIW I never wash without a foam gun and would be lost if I didn't have one. That's how essential one is to me.

They are very similar, with the BOSS pad being a tick more on the aggressive side. But IMO, I would skip the CCS and buy the Flat LC's.

Both pads are extremely durable, and will last years with proper care. You cannot go wrong with either the LC or BOSS pads.

Too late. I already bought a full set of CCS pads about a month ago…

It’s weird but it seem to cut as well as CCS orange but finished down better. I inly use the BOSS now on my car…. May give the Rupes a try but wonder if it will be better than proprietary pads made for their
machines.

I think they are made by Buff & Shine. I find B&S pads to be superior to Lake Country as far as standard foam pads go. They cut and finish better, and have ZERO backing issues. They are very, very durable.

I'd use a pad made from Nick Griots hair....just sayin

His hair should be one of the Worlds 7 wonders

How do these AIO products work? They can polish/correct and at the same time lay down a protective layer. Pretty interesting chemistry. I know there are many on the market.

So if one were to polish and and apply their 3 in 1, would the AIO be the best choice to use or would a regular polish be best?

Hard to say until it comes out and people start to test it....Many products say they will deliver the moon and wind up delivering yesterdays news......
