Inside Griot's Garage

How do these AIO products work? They can polish/correct and at the same time lay down a protective layer.

You just answered your own question there.

Pretty interesting chemistry. I know there are many on the market.

So if one were to polish and and apply their 3 in 1, would the AIO be the best choice to use or would a regular polish be best?

I would think Griot's has done the homework to make these two compatible.

It really comes down to how much correction your paint needs and/or what your trying to accomplish. A good quality AIO should net you great results on "average" paint. That said, on something "in need" of correction, it's always best to use a pure polish since it does one thing best...polish After using a good polish you could use the AIO basically as a fine polish to further enhance the finish and to lay down protection. Maintaining with 3 in 1 Ceramic monthly will keep that paint looking VERY good, along with Ceramic Speed Shine after each wash as a drying aid

For sure. I posted that IG image of how they tested 60 different formulations until they got it right.

per their live stream
~3-5 weeks of durability for the ceramic glass cleaner on a windshield
ceramic AIO is panel by panel for application and wipe off

Not sure if you picked up on Nick's comment.
You will get better results using CC and then adding 3 in 1 spray........ verses the new AIO....disappointing.
Also better protect from 3 in 1 spray over the new AIO, although they are claiming the same durability timeline

What I caught was comparing ultimate polish + 2 coats of 3in1 to using ceramic AIO. I think I'll use it as a spring polish + 1 coat of 3in1. Seems like that should be good until the fall.

I’m thinking of doing the same. Spring detail with ceramic AIO. Maintain monthly with ceramic 3 in 1. Ceramic Speed Shine as drying aid. I may also try topping with P&S Bead Maker since I’ve heard so much about its gloss properties.

Any recommendations on a Griot’s car shampoo? I use Meg’s GC right now, but willing to try something different.

I still have the one step sealant I have not tried yet , I bought it 2 weeks before the news of the ceramic AIO coming out.
I think I'll hold off until a few of you guys report back with results before purchasing.
It will retail for $24.99 if anyone was currious

If you are looking to top something to improve glass is UV gloss skip bead maker and go directly to dreammaker, trust me!

Noted. I’ll cross Bead Maker off the shopping list and write down Dream Maker instead

3-1 monthly is too much. It may start to “clog” up. If you wanna use that much give your paint a bi monthly decon wash with an alkaline soap. Griots surface prep will work nice.

Using every 2-3 months (3-1) would be optimum. I like using it as a base and topping with cosmic spritz.

looking forward to using "surface prep" this Spring

What is everyone recommendation for the highest shine?

I like Griots products and had used their Best of Show wax on my truck about 1-2 months ago and weekly use Best of Show spray wax as a drying aid during my weekly cleaning.

Which Griots product do you think leaves the best shine?

I have tried the Best of Show Detailer spray and wasn’t as impressed with that shine as the spray wax.

Wondering if the ceramic 3 in 1 leaves more of a shine or something else Griots has?

Have you ever tried just plain old "Speed shine"?

Sounds like you have tried all the same ones I have and more. But I am curious… why limit yourself to only Griot’s products?
