Inside or out

Is the dislike for interiors mostly professionals or do many/most of you hobby detailers share that dislike?

Since I only take care of my own, I enjoy it and take pride in having an interior that still looks new. I picked up a friend last Friday when the ground was snow covered. Obviously, so were his feet. He was actually going to remove his shoes because the interior of my 5 year old Montana looked like the interior has never been used. It does only have about 55,000 miles on it so it shouldn't be too bad. Our GTP is in its 9th year and it still looks new inside. If the interior is cared for regularly, it doesn't seem like a bad job at all to me.

I don't mind doing interiors....I prefere to polish paint, but I still take pleaseure in taking something like this...

It was actually a hail damage car. They put on a new roof, and had to replace some glass. I've had several cars like that which were from the same hail storm. I grew up working in my fathers body shop so I'm very used to seeing cars like that. ;)

You gotta love body shops! :D

That's great work

FASTFRED... You have two very nice cars. Good man! Oh and that interior was a nice turnaround.

It's all about the interior first the quicker you get done with that the more time you have to work on the outside

First detrash, and vaccum. dont forget to vaccum the cowl! Get the leaves out before you wet it....time saver.

Then complete wash

Interor

Exterior polish, wax etc

I like to wash before the interior then when you do the interior you can wipe down the door jams since they are probably still damp

Outside--inside--inside--out usually covers it for me
