Are the products inspected before they leave Autogeek?

In my first order I received menzerna polish. The cap is missing the little spout that you open and close.

My next order which came in extremely fast by the way.(when they say one business day, they mean it.)

The cap was lose on the bottle of top inspection and got my wax applicators wet.

Also the fuzion wax came with a couple cracks in it. I would say the top 1/2" layer cracked in to three.

call Meghan and I am sure they will work with you. As for the wax specifically, carnaubas do tend to crack a bit when hand poured, you see it on some Souverans too. Nice thing, it wont effect its use and a couple circles with a foamy and you are ready for one great product.

Not to mince words, but have you seen how some of our packages are handled by carriers. The words safe and fragile are not as common as one would think.

That story is the exception to the norm. I can attest that AG packages better than anyone one else I witness.

theres so many packing peanuts that even after u get all ur products out its almost still filled to the top.Its kinda fun to open because it reminds me of when i was a kid at christmas time ripping through rapping paper only this time instead of paper on the floor its packing peanuts.lol

For sure everything was packed so well that there is no way the products could get damage from handling. I tried so hard to not get the peanut shells on the floor. Maybe my next order I can keep this from happen.

I wonder if the temp change makes the wax crack, because I had the wax in doors and took it with me into the big tent for my detail job. At the end of the day I open the wax up and saw another crack.

I don't want anyone to think I have issues here and have to have my wax a certain way, not the case at all. Just wondered why it cracks, no biggie.

I will pm Meghan about the cap.
