Interior Billet Aluminum Care???

I just bought some satin billet aluminum pieces for my interior. Any recommendations on how to clean them? How to protect them?
The best option I've come up with thus far is an aluminum wheel polish/wax but I don't know how well those would do with being touched day after day. These ARE pieces that will be touched EVERY SINGLE DAY so I need something that can hold up.
So what's the best way to keep them looking nice?

If it's a satin finish you don't want a polish of any sort.

I'd use a detail spray with a microfiber.
