i think your referring to the "dead pedal"....almost every car has one. its basically for resting your left foot when your cruising and dont have to shift gears. i think one of the only cars without one is lotus bacause they feel the car should never be driven casually like that haha:righton:

Either way your probably one of the few Gallardo owners that detail their own car.

I like to detail, maintain and do repairs on all of my cars. I have aquired all the shop and technical documentation on the Gallardo so I'll be ready tackle anything that comes up. If I run into any problems or need any special tools I have a freind who is great with exotics who will assist me. I'm a hands on type of person.
