Interior Detailing Question

It’s really frustrating when I can’t reach places between the seat and console with my vacuum. I detail for family and friends only so I’m just using a small shop vac with a crevice tool. How do you guys handle this? Is air the best option? If so, what size compressor is needed to have adequate pressure and volume? A Honda CRV drove me crazy today! Thanks

Unless you start removing body panels and seats, I'd get a fine brush set.....

Blowing out with a metrovac sidekick to start. They also make flexible crevice tool vacuum attachment’s.

Extra long crevice tool for between the seats and console.

Using compressed air via a gun or even Tornador is very helpful for getting debris blasted out of those tricky to reach areas. And as mentioned, an extra long crevice tool is important too.

Thanks for the replies! I found a long flexible crevice tool that should work on my shop vac.

That long flexible crevice tool is good, but even it has trouble fitting into some areas.. Fortunately there’s simple solutions.
1. Move the seats all the way forward, and hit it from behind. You’ll be surprised how much that area opens up when you attack it from the rear instead of fighting to get in between the seats.

2. Get an even thinner crevice tool. I don’t know what I’d do without this little piece of gold next to the flexible crevice tool. This thing gets everywhere the other can’t and allows me to get 100%. It’s never let me down.

3. Don’t bother with those micro attachment kits for the shop vacs, they’re useless.
