Interior Explosion

Mark,

Explosion described this interior perfectly however taking photos of a new car and substituting them here is very easy to spot......

I did a Ford Escape recently only half as bad and I thought that was trashed but this is beyond description...

Detailing, testing the boundaries of the impossible...

Tremendous resurrection Mark....:props:

You did that with some basic tools and products.. good job.

That one deserved the bio-hazard sign

Very nice work. It appears the last time that interior was clean was the day it drove off the dealership lot when new!

Wow I saw the title and said no way it could be that bad hha. I mean I cannot belive people can sit in there car that way! least try and vacuum a little. You were very nice with that price now next time comes around for that and charge a little more.

excellent job.....did you have an EPA suit on when you did that job? I thought my wife's car was bad, but that one definitely beat hers.

Ken

Great turn around! How long do think it will stay that way? lol

Thanks again, guys! With as bad as this car was, I'm sure she's in a routine now of feeding her kids in the car and not before they leave the house. Old habits die hard, so unfortunately it probably won't stay that way for too long. Hopefully though, because it looks so good now, they'll shift a little bit of their priorities towards keeping it at least somewhat tidy. Just hitting the $.75 vacuum at the gas station twice a month would go a long way!

Let me tell you that you did a fantastic job!! Attention to detail is exactly what this interior needed, and you fulfilled exactly that!! Good Luck with future details!!

Humans really are disgusting creatures. Great job on tackling that disaster! :buffing:

nice job, especially for not using an extractor.

try some folex on the carpets next time it might help you get more dirt out. id also recommend looking into getting a bissell little green machine if you dont want to dish out the cash for a pro extractor, itll do a better job of picking up the loosened dirt than wiping with a microfiber.

also, in one of the finished pics i can see some dirt left on the door jamb. it always looks nice to open your door and see that the jamb is squeaky clean. you can put some wax on it as well to make it shine nicely. just some pointers:P

good work either way! looked like a war zone before you got there

^
im sure he would have, if it was a full vehicle cleaning. i believe he said it was an interior detail, ie, no paint touched.

GREAT job once again Mark!!!

Ditto!

Great job and dedication :dblthumb2:

I know it will be great for referrals and all but only $50 for 6 Hrs of work!! Man that was hell of cheap...I hope she doesn't expect the same price in a couple of months :D

Wow Mark - You've just inspired me to tackle an interior detail I have coming up! Also, thanks for being so *detailed* and listing all the products and tools you used to tackle that epic task.

Awesome Job!!! :urtheman:
