I’ve used Lexol cleaner & conditioner for years but haven’t done any leather for a while. Now we have 2 vehicles with leather to take care of. Is there anything better out there that isn’t a real chore to use?

Blackfire Leather Complete 32oz.
It’s a 3 in 1 liquid spray that cleans, conditions & protects and it does a really good job at it. Has good cleaning power while not ever feeling too aggressive so it’s ideal for frequent maintenance use.

Super easy to use because it’s only 1 easy step, spray on wipe/buff off. Leaves a nice matte finish, not greasy or slick.

Finished leather I use P&S Express diluted 1:1. If I think it may be sensitive. Leather honey cleaner, or some Conolly’s I still have.

The Blackfire Leather Complete is an excellent product and very easy to work with. It cleans & conditions in one easy step. https://www.autogeek.net/blackfire-leather-complete.html

But if you’re looking for something a bit easier, you might want to try Meguiar’s Gold Class leather cleaner and conditioner.

Great to see someone from the AG staff posting again!

Has anyone tried the SONAX Leather Foam? I like the idea of of a product not clogging up the perforated leather in seats, but don't know how the product actually performs.

My McKee's 37 all-in-one leather product is running out and they don't make it any more. I may have to give the Blackfire a try.

I think they might stop selling the Blackfire product soon as it’s no longer available on Amazon and the gallons are no longer available here on AG. Only the 32oz.

As far as the foam, I’ve never tried the Sonax, but do have some of the Mothers Leather Foam. It works alright, not anything extraordinary compared to other leather cleaners and pretty much has to be used with a brush. It’s ok if using a brush is your preferred style, for maintenance use I don’t prefer the foam.

Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel is a safe but effective leather cleaner. Coupled with a Sonax leather brush and plain terry towel it leaves the leather completely clean ready for a treatment or coating. People are amazed when I show them the dirt that comes off of the seats and onto the terry towel. Gyeon Leather Shield is a great coating and protectant.
