Interior Plastic Trim

I detailed a 1999 Mustang today. The interior went well except for some of the plastic trim inside. I tried several products but it didn't come clean.

Any suggestions on what to use? I thought about using a brush to agitate but didn't want to remove the paint from the plastic.
