How often do you apply an interior protectant?Feed back please

i feel it depends on alot of things...

my mazda is garaged, i drive it on average about 50-100 miles a week (or less) and it has suntek hp50 tint on all of the windows sans the windshield, so really, my interior should only need a treatment once every couple months, if that. the leather...i don't mind treating that a bit more frequently 'just because'.

i can get wiped down more often due to residual dust from driving with the window cracked, etc, but actual treatment with my Optimum Protectant doesn't need to occur more often than once in a while.

just something to think about. i think it's like anything...you want to find the happy medium without creating too much work for yourself or wasting products/time.

I just use a damp MF towel or some Ultimate Quick Interior Detailer on my own car. If I had to use a dressing it would be 303 Aerospace or Meguiars M40.

I like to use a foamy applicator and Cockpit Premium or Poorboys Natural Look about every 6-8 weeks.

I'm not really on a schedule. Basically, if the interior is dirty and I have some free detailing time, I will do the interior. I would say that on average I clean and protect my interior about once every few weeks as my interior gets dirty fast.

I would say:

Daily Driver = Every 1 Month
Garage Kept/Weekend Toy = Every 3 Months

I use 1Z Cockpit Lemon btw
