Q. Can I receive Autogeek Miles for previous purchases?
A. No. You will only receive Autogeek Miles for purchases made on or after the date of creation of your Autogeek account, but not on purchases made prior to July 9, 2019.

LAME!

I agree. Just made a purchase a couple of days ago.

We have customers that we have had for almost 20 years, would be difficult to say the least to apply to previous purchases wouldn't you say??

I'm in! Thanks Meghan.

Thanks Paul, I am a huge fan of rewards programs, Delta, Marriott and Starbucks have me VERY loyal and hopped up on Caffeine !

If it was retroactive a lot of people here would instantly get a platinum status with million miles :p

How bout 1/4 mile retroactive?

Seeing the "triple miles" promotion right now makes me sad compared to seeing "25% off and free shipping" which is much more valuable.

Why is it lame? If they gave me rewards for the things I've purchased in the last 3 years, they'd end up sending me half the warehouse. The program began on 07/09/2019 and accumulates going FORWARD. Place would go bankrupt if they started giving rewards points for past purchases and where would you draw the line, anyway? 1 month, 6 months, 1 year prior?

I take issue with many things but this ain't one of them. Makes perfect sense to me.

What business would offer reward points retroactive to your first purchase? I guess some people are never happy

Forgive me for being lazy & not reading ALL the information . . .

Is this open to International Autogeek customers???

Some of you have been buying for so many years that they must have been before computer records.

Thanks Megan, at least it is a start and I look forward to the new incentive. But not at the expense of lowered free shipping which is a big help.

Only for you and Tony, Aaryn....... ;)

Certainly not a bad idea if this is in addition to, not a substitution for, your current sales/promo model. % off/free shipping is king over future loyalty points.

Hey Team,

Another question please - Are Mike’s Classes included & eligible for reward miles too???
