IPA Concentration

I have read a few different comments on the dilution ratio ranging from a 50 % to a 25%. That said- would there be any ill effects of a solution that is to strong?

Or is it just a waste of alcohol?
 
Alcohol is very "grabby" and can cause you to induce towel marring. I like products like Optimum Paint prep and Carpro Eraser due to the slip or viscosity they offer. But to answer your question 91% IPA diluted 75-25% is typically a solid way to remove polishing oils although I do recommend doing 2 wipe downs with new towels each time.
