I know this isn't anything new, but this is the first time I've used it as a wheel cleaner, and it ROCKS MY SOCKS!!!!

Before: As you can see, there was MOUNTAIN of brake dust!!!

I have to get me some of this. By the way is that a pad on the floor facing down on the dirty concreate? :bolt:

Busted Mark! Now we know what happened to the Groits. LOL JK
Tim, LOL!! That's exactly what happened!! That pad got tore up by some sharp plastic on the custom hood. I threw it away.

Just a brillant deduction on my part eh Holmes? Just call me Johnny for "short"

How long did you let it dwell for? I have some wheels that are pretty dirty that I might give Iron X a go on..

About 3 minutes, then agitated the barrels with a daytona brush and the face of the wheels with a mothers wheel brush. :dblthumb2:

Follow the directions.. it only takes a few min.....do not let it dry...I prefer to use the paste on wheels and spray on paint.

both products will produce great results.

Dang, I was hoping for pics of the Z or at least an action pic. I mean look at the before picture, that would have bled more than a... well never mind.

It's a great product indeed though.

That's a pretty expensive wheel cleaner while it does work well.

I use an acid wheel cleaner (Poorboy's Spray & Rinse) diluted 50/50 to clean heavy deposits of brake dust/iron particles followed by a quick spray of alkaline cleaner (pretty much any degreaser) to neutralize the left over traces of acid after pressure rinsing. My way comes out to about $15 a gallon VS. $124 for 5 liters.

To each his own, just sharing my 2 cents is all.

CarPro IronX rocks! It's really one of my go-to products (I almost always only use it on the body).
I can't understand how people let their weels come to this point.

IronX really does wonders..
But it can get crazy expensive as a wheel cleaner, so I've been using Meguiars Wheel Brightener, and only if reeeeally necessary I reach for the smelly stuff.
