Is anyone out there like me as far as rubbing on their cars alot?

I feel pretty good now, applied my 70th coat on the car yesterday, nothing like the look and feel of freshly done car, LOL!

That's pretty impressive, but I think it would be more meaningful if you put in your sig the time period over which those 70 coats were applied.

Just sayin'... :)

That's just crazy and over the top....I wished I had done that as well as kept track of what I used. I've gone in phases since I got the car on Sept 10th of 2011, first was the Zaino phase, then the Black Fire and now its Dura Gloss, still have BF and love it and have sandwiched it in there.....somewhere, along with nuba when I'm feeling nastalgic, LOL!

So that's 70 coats of wax since Sept 10 2011?

That's 70 coats in exactly 11 months = 6.4 coats per month = about 1.5 coats per week!

Yep, pretty excessive but awesome at the same time :)

Davey, thanks for doing the quick math and now that that's public knowledge, I bet a truck with a padded rear section is coming to take me away, not because of how many times I've done it but rather that I've averaged 1.5, who in the heck does half of their car, LOL.

I'm getting the DG PBA on Monday, so I'll be testing that out for sure, so the number will rise by a couple on Monday for sure, gotta try out a new product when it comes in:buffing:

I actually got my order yesterday, so coats 71 and 72 will happen before the big import show here in Palatine Illinois today, one coat of #111/PBA, leave it on for an hour and then spray on AW to remove and add another coat at the same time!

If the thickness of the coats was additive you no longer could see the road...
