Is Meguiars D114 Rinse Free Express Wash being discontinued?

Sorry for the scare people. While it is good news for the USA, I'm very annoyed at Meguiars Australia if I have been given incorrect information. If they have not intention in distributing the product in Australia they shouldn't be telling me it has been discontinued. I'm going to follow up this matter with Meguiars USA and then ask Meguiars Australia to explain. I really would like to have D114 made available here in Aus.

I would take anything Motor Active (Megs Australia) says with a grain of salt.

I tried to get them to stock the product a year or so ago and the response they gave me was they do not intend to distribute it at this stage.

No way would Meg's discontinue such a successful product.

I called Meguiar's USA in CA today and the TS person looked at his discontinued product paperwork and he told me that D114 was not on the sheet. So then I asked him why is D114 not offerrered in smaller sizes and was told that its primarily a pro-only product, meant for body and detail shops. I bot a gallon a few months ago locally and its a wonderful alternative to ONR.

I suspect you are right. They don't plan to stocking it and easier for them to say it is being discontinued. Going to ask them to clarify their answer given no evidence (besides their email) of it is being discontinued

You can buy it by the quart size at ADS....but I can't imagine not wanting a gallon of this product.

I can tell you all without question that we have NOT discontinued production of D114 Rinse Free Express Wash. Whether or not any of our international partners decide to stop carrying it or not is entirely up to them. We do not dictate what they must carry - they make their own business decisions based on their experiences in their market. While we would love every Meguiar's partner around the world to carry everything we make (heck, we'd LOVE to have ever retailer in the US carry everything we make!!!) it simply isn't realistic.

For those of you who love D114 rest easy, we're still making it. For those of you who have never tried it...... what are you waiting for?
