Can it be used on multiple vehicles - or once it is open is the entire batch done for?

Cool thanx guys - Bobby at AG helped me out as well... great customer service at AG :dblthumb2:

You want to get any excess air out of the syringe before you recap, also.

Dont try to suck back what you dont use. I do a second coat on horizontal surfaces if I have any left over.

Hi Jim,

Do you still spray Opti-Coat on a foam pad? If so do you suck the unused portion of Opti-Coat back in the syringe for storage?

Two things about taking it out of the syringe:

1. Opti Coat is very reactive when exposed to air. Don't leave it in a sprayer for more than a day or so without using it or it will start to harden.

2. Opti Coat can be transferred back into the syringe, but take a couple of precautions. Remove excess air from the syringe and check it in a few days to make sure it's still air free. The polymerization process gives off gas and the brief exposure to air may continue a bit once back in the tube.

Hey Chris,

This is great news and what I was hoping to hear because that's what I've been doing it..!!

Thank you for the reply!! :props:

Thanx man - my client is a bit nervous about using his car as our first car for this product..... so I may see what it will take to get you down for this endeavor. Im confident that it is not much different that any other coating I have put on aircraft - but then again, for his sake and ours I may see what it will take to get you to help us out here. Thanx Chris!
