Yeah it can, but if you feel that the P21S Wheel Cleaner is too expensive to use on tires, you can use P21S Total Auto Wash on the tires.

I just started using P21S Total Auto Wash and it seems you can just about clean anything with it. I love it.

kinda expensive as tire cleaner , maybe Optimum Power Clean would be another choice ??

PB Car soap in a bucket and a brush seems to work for me.

no way I'm using P21 on tires. It's too expensive and I don't think it's really strong enough. Why not use E1 A2Z, Megs APC, purple power etc..

Yeah, lots of options for tires. And yeah, P21S TAW can be a wheel/tire/wheel well cleaner also.

I know that Meguiar's Super Degreaser at 4:1 is awesome on tires, you don't even need a brush, just spray on, wait 45 seconds, and hose off. But I'm too nervous to use it on tires because I wouldn't want to miss and hit the rims, or have it driblle down onto the rims.

+1 for ARO on tires; P21S on wheels only ($$). Plus P21S takes too much agitation on tires where grime with ARO just................rolls off.

I've always had a good clean with p21s but I agree it is costly.
