Is Aqua sponge a car care product?

Hi supernaut. It's a home improvement item, but from what I've been hearing; it's gentle enough for automotive maintenance. Since it's listed as 'solvent resistance', I figured it would at least be useful for wheel washing. I'll find out soon enough how well it'll perform on the soft Subaru paint.

Please keep us posted on the results. I am very skeptical of using a HI item on the paint but am sure you guys have done your research.

I've been using rinseless wash and the Aqua sponge for almost a year on my Honda paint w/o an issue and have also used it on various other Japanese cars with soft paint as well.

I use ONR with a Bone sponge with no problem, I prefer it over a microfiber because it's easier to rinse.

I use the uber yellow sponge with iron x or similar iron removal products.

Mark (Y2kSVT) I use the same thing but i get mine from Home Depot. I dont have any issues as i can squeeze out anything in the sponge after every little pass. works perfect.
