Is there a way to deep clean MF towels?

A pre-soak cycle is a very good idea. I like to add a bit of vinegar in my first rinse for my waffle weaves and towels that are used for polish and LSP.

Something I started doing with my "all-purpose" microfibers (not my top shelf ones)... I spot shoot them with APC wherever there are spots/stains before loading them into the wash with 3D Towel Kleen. All 30 towels generally get a shot or two somewhere on their surface. So that actually adds a good bit of APC to the wash cycle. I didn't do this for the first year I had the towels and they were full of stains. When I started doing the APC thing about two months ago- the very first time, I was amazed how clean the towels came out! Especially considering how long some of the stains were in place. I wash warm, tumble dry low.

I keep a bucket with some microfiber detergent and a couple of ounces of vinegar for pre soak. Once I'm done with a towel it goes into the bucket, until I have enough for a load. I've found keeping them wet and adding vinegar to the rinse cycle does a good job with keeping my towels clean
