Is there such a thing as Customer Service anymore

I just want to say that when I need something, if I can buy it here, I do. That decision mainly has to do with your great customer service. I have never had to complain about anything nor have I had to send something back from here, but, when I need a question answered about a product, it doesn't matter if I send an e-mail, a PM or call, there is always a friendly person on the other side to give a quick response with no BS. Meghan, you have been especially helpful to me in the past.

Your site is less like a store and more like a community. Shopping here is a joy and couldn't be easier.

You guys are simply great. I wish more companies would model their customer service after yours.

I sure do agree with the previous posts about Autogeek, is it more expensive that Target or Autozone, absolutely but I am not buying soap or wax I am buying a superior product and the service that always comes with it. The cheapest price is not always the best value.

AG has it right and the Forum is a great place to converse and learn about the products, their use and what expectations I should have when using them. I am a customer relations manager for an international security company with over 1300 employees and we have a saying “Promises Given...Promises Kept. AG has always followed up on their promises and I will continue to give them my business for doing so.

Thanks Autogeek for all you do and thanks as well to everyone here on this forum who take the time to assist those of us who have had so many questions.
