Is this coating no good?

So he sold it to you 1 week ago?

He sold it to me one week ago, but according to Corey, he bought it 1.5 years ago......

btw I did test spot last night and topped it off with reload an hour later like instruction and it does not feel slick at all...
I tried to move my towel across the test panel and it grabs my mf towel....

been about 14 hours since I applied.

I just finished up an almost 2 year old opened bottle of CQUK with no issues whatsoever. Also topped with reload and is nice and slick. The bottle was however stored in a dark cool place. Here is the truck that received the coating.

That looks great!!!

well mine is not fully cured yet so hopefully it will bringout some slickness when its fully cured.

other coating I've used, I could feel the slickness almost right away but not this one so far.

CQ coatings aren't very slick by design but topping with reload fixes that. I waited 48 hrs to top with reload since the customer was on vacation and since I had his truck for the duration. People may not be fond of how CQ coatings lack a "slick" feel but there is no denying the semi-permanent protection it yields! I coated this car back in April of 2014.

And here it is just this past August of 2016, almost 2-1/2 years later, and the coating is still all there! Only had to do a wash/Decon and top with reload.

I guess it's all normal then

Thanks!
