I was excitedly waiting for my shipment today, had ordered SIP and ONR.
It was on the front porch today, when I went to pick it up it felt damp and the package was beat up, looks like something was dropped on it!
I did take pictures just in case. Well it it turns out the ONR had sprung a leak, I was happy it was not the SIP. I guess my question is, is it worth the hassel to report it to UPS? I only lost about 5 OZ of the ONR.

You are too cute... call into the office and talk with Melinda she handles our UPS claims she is at ext 209. Tell her I sent you and she will take care of you.
Looks like the UPS driver sat on the box while he took a break!
We will fix you up though. :buffing:
 
OK thanks for everything, this was my 3rd order from AG and the products were all packed well.
 
From what I am hearing and seeing. UPS has lost there care in providing good service.

OK I called Melinda and left a message, have not heard back yet, but should I ask her for "Special Pictures" also? Or will I get in trouble!:D
